The Human Resources Director is a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the City’s leadership team, employees, and labor organizations. Leading a high-performing team of four, the Human Resources Director oversees all functions of Human Resources and Risk Management for the City.  This role is hands-on, combining policy leadership and operational oversight with a commitment to responsive service.
