In this presentation, author and consultant Brian Elms will discuss what it is like to run a government innovation program and the real-life discussion about disruption in public service. Brian Elms is the former Director of Denver Peak Academy, a large-scale innovation and performance academy providing internal service for the City and County of Denver. He personally trained more than 3,000 municipal employees in different innovation techniques creating thousands of different innovations throughout the city.
