Andrew White has over 23 years of experience in the California Legislative field, from working as a Legislative Aide to becoming the Chief of Staff and Legislative Director for Assembly Members. Andrew then began state service with CalPERS in a Legislative Analyst role before becoming the Assistant Division Chief of State Policy in the Legislative Affairs Division. Mr. White brings his expertise in all manners of legislative work to his instruction in various courses at CPS HR Consulting.
