Paul has over 18 years of increasingly progressive Human Resources experience in the public sector. His broad experience spans into every functional area of Human Resources and Risk Management Services for a variety of local government agencies, including being a Director and Assistant Director of Human Resources for two local municipalities in California. Paul’s experience and educational background are squarely rooted in 10 years of military service in the U.S. Navy.
