Robert spent 34 years at the California Department of Transportation working in pavement management, data analysis and reporting, and traffic operations. In his last six years with the Department, he was the State Traffic Engineer. Over Robert’s career he developed and taught a variety of courses and workshops. He has presented at national conferences and facilitated a variety of groups from small project teams to the Caltrans’ Executive Management Team.
