Kylie holds a Master's of Business Administration (MBA), a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Bellevue University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.

East Bay Regional Park District has selected Chris Wyckoff to assume the role of Chief of Maintenance & Skilled Trades. Mr. Wyckoff comes to the Park District previously serving as the Director of Facilities and Asset Management for the Town of Mooresville. Mr. Wyckoff is a strategic operations leader and experienced department head with a vast skill set covering project management, departmental planning, budget management, capital improvement planning, contract management, asset management, supervision and leadership, and policy creation. She will begin in her role on April 21, 2025.

Ronald (Ronnie) Schlabs
The City of Oklahoma City has selected Ronald (Ronnie) Schlabs to assume the role of Animal Welfare Superintendent. Mr. Schlabs comes to the City previously serving as the Senior Director of Field Operations for Nebraska Humane Society. Mr. Schlabs has a Master of Science Degree and experience managing animal control shelters, maintained a nearly 90% live release rate for dogs in the animal shelter. He will begin in his role on March 24, 2025.

The City of Oklahoma City has selected Mankinta Holloway to assume the role of Court Administrator. Mr. Holloway comes to the City previously serving as the Court Administrator for City of Birmingham, AL. Mr. Holloway
champions operational responsibility through his adaptive, dual-focused management style and proactive approach to projects and planning. His leadership has fostered strong relationships with other departments and governmental agencies, driving collaboration, system integration, and workflow improvements. He will begin in his role on March 7, 2025.
Joseph Moges
Montgomery County Department of Transportation has selected Joseph Moges to assume the role of Manager II – Division Chief. Mr. Moges comes to the Department previously serving as the Senior Safety Officer for Montgomery County. Mr. Moges has extensive experience with project management for several multi-modal transportation projects along with working relationships with County Council, as well as state Senators, elected officials and constituents. He will begin in his role on December 30th, 2024.

City of Oklahoma City has selected Brandon Bundy to assume the role of Assistant Public Works Director. Mr. Bundy comes to the city previously serving as the Director of Engineering and Construction for City of Midwest City. Mr. Bundy has completed over $51 million worth of projects. He will begin in his role on December 9th, 2024.
Jesse Carr
City of Oklahoma City has selected Jesse Carr to assume the role of Wastewater Quality Superintendent. Mr. Carr comes to the City previously serving as the Assistant Water Quality Superintendent for the City of Oklahoma City. Mr. Carr
has extensive experience managing staff, training, and oversee employee development programs, including recognition initiatives along with developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in plant operations. He will begin in his role immediately.
Barry Lodge
City of Oklahoma City has selected Barry Lodge to assume the role of Assistant City Engineer. Mr. Lodge comes to the city previously serving as the Civil Engineer and was Acting Assistant Director Public Works/Assistant City Engineer for City of Oklahoma City. Mr. Lodge has been responsible for final review of paving and drainage plans and calculations for Private Development projects for compliance with City ordinances and design requirements. He will begin in his role on November 8th, 2024.

Mr. Raymond comes to the City previously serving as the Director of Development Services for City of Corpus Christi. Mr. Raymond has over 30 years of experience in the planning, land development, building safety, project development, and construction management. He will begin in his role on October 28th, 2024.
Nabila Nur
City of Garland has selected Nabila Nur to assume the role of Director of Planning & Development. Ms. Nur comes to the City previously serving as the Director of Community Development for Town of Argyle. Ms. Nur has a mix of dynamic experience working with many cities and counties in several capacities, formulating long-range plans, zoning and subdivision ordinances for cities and counties, working as city staff in leadership roles for two of the largest cities in the metroplex in the current planning division, and working as a department head for a small town with unique challenges. She will begin in her role on October 14th, 2024.
Peter Schulte
City of Aurora has selected Peter Schulte to assume the role of City Attorney. Mr. Schulte comes to the City previously serving as the Managing Assistant City Attorney for the City of Aurora. Mr. Schulte has help in creating many ordinances for the Mayor and councilmembers related to public safety, such as the mandatory minimum jail ordinances for motor vehicle theft and retail theft, re-establishing our police reserve force, Aurora Charter amendments, and many resolutions on political topics. He will begin in his role effective immediately, September 25th, 2024.

City of New Braunfels has selected Cole Johnson to assume the role of Library Director. Mr. Johnson comes to the City previously serving as the Division Manager of Branch Services for Austin Public Library. Mr. Johnson is an innovative library leader with 16 years of experience, including 13 years in progressive management roles. He will begin in his role on August 19, 2024.
