Cherylann Occhipinti Campbell

Cherylann has diverse experience in strategic human resources management, including training & development, organizational interventions, employee relations, talent acquisition & retention, HR processes, succession planning, coaching customer service, preventing harassment, and process & performance management. She is based in Austin, Texas and brings over 30 years of human resources experience in the public and private sector, including close to 20 years for a quasi-governmental water/electric utility agency. She also serves not-for-profit agencies (e.g. large urban school district) in her volunteer roles, as well as in her private consulting practice – C2 HRSolutions LLC. She’s operated as a HR generalist/practitioner, trainer, and consultant, and has managed the Organizational Development, Staffing and Training functions. She’s worked extensively with both field and office personnel. Cherylann maintains certifications as PHR and SHRM-CP and is a trained mediator.
