Dr. Janet Lockhart-Jones

Dr. Lockhart-Jones brings over 20 years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, training, team and group facilitation, project and program management, entrepreneurship, and personality assessments. Janet has a strong passion for and a professional mission of elevating talent to achieve results, excellence and purpose.

During her career, she has led project planning sessions for the Aerospace and IT industries; delivered training and coaching in project management to IT firms, healthcare managers, and business leaders and clinicians; delivered executive coaching to emerging leaders at hi-tech firms;  lead several organizational change initiatives for a large government agency;  and, Dr. Lockhart-Jones has trained thousand of leaders around the globe.
