The City of San Jose Housing Department has selected Cupid Alexander to assume the role of Deputy Director. Mr. Alexander comes to the City previously serving as the Senior Vice President - Houston Housing Authority Operations for Austin, Texas. Mr. Alexander has provided strategic engagement and management of sensitive high-level political, policy, and community engagement projects for the CEO and Housing Authority Board and brings over 20 years of management experience. He will begin in his role on March 31.

Ms. Holloway comes to the County previously serving as the Human Resources Development Director for the Central Bank of the Midwest. He will begin in his role immediately.

Richard Scott

The City of San Jose has selected Richard Scott to assume the role of Assistant Director of Transportation. Mr. Scott comes to the City previously serving as the Deputy Director of Transportation for San Jose. Mr. Scott has led the 300-person Infrastructure Maintenance Division since 2018 and brings over 11 years of management experience. He will begin in his role immediately.

Christina Dunn

Contra Costa County Employees’ Retirement Association has selected Christina Dunn to assume the role of Deputy Clerk-Recorder. Ms. Dunn comes to the Association previously serving as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer for the Contra Costa County Employees’ Retirement Association. Ms. Dunn has managed or assisted in many organizational projects including the pension administration system upgrade, the retirement application process refinement, an office relocation, the establishment of CCCERA as an independent employer, the implementation of PEPRA, and the reorganization of the Retirement Services department and brings over 13 years of management experience. She will begin in her role on immediately.

Ms. Lee comes to the District previously serving as the Service Center Manager, Employee Services Agency – Employee Benefits Department for Santa Clara County. Ms. Lee has strong people skills, creating positive working relationships, understanding business, and staffing needs, developing workforce planning and HR process improvement, and brings over 23 years of management experience. She will begin in her role on March 4th.

Jesse Hilley

The City of Oklahoma City has selected Jesse Hilley to assume the role of Utilities Line Maintenance Superintendent. Mr. Hilley comes to the City previously serving as the Acting Superintendent for the City of Oklahoma City. Mr. Hilley brings over 10 years of experience in supervising water and wastewater repair and maintenance activities and related utility operations. He will begin in his role on August 11.

California Building Standards Commission (CBSC) has selected Stoyan Bumbalov to assume the role of Executive Director. Mr. Bumbalov comes to the County previously serving as the Managing Director for California Building Standards Commission. Mr. Bumbalov has direct experience in the California building standards development process, including CALGreen and the California Energy Code and brings over 13 years of management experience. He will begin in his role on May 1.

She will begin in her role on April 29.

Mr. Pontes has spent the last decade leading and ensuring Department Heads gain larger perspectives that transform them into highly functioning experts of interdependent, innovative, and productive teams and brings over 30 years of management experience. He will begin in his role on April 29.

Cody Whittenburg

The City of Fort Worth has selected Cody Whittenburg to assume the role of Environmental Services Director. Mr. Whittenburg comes to the City previously serving as the Interim Environmental Services Director and the Assistant Director for Code Compliance. Mr. Whittenburg has lead implementation of high-impact strategies to advance community health, safety, waste management, environmental quality and sustainability and brings over 18 years of management experience. He will begin in his role immediately.

Napa Sanitation District has selected Amy Walcker to assume the role of Human Resources Manager. Ms. Walcker comes to the District previously serving as the Human Resources Manager and Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Clayton. Ms. Walcker has been in local government for over 13 years and in Human Resources for 11 years. She will begin in her role on April 22.

Colorado Governor's Office of Information Technology has selected Sridevi (Sri) Ramaswamy to assume the role of Chief Operations Officer. Ms. Ramaswamy comes to the Governor's Office previously serving as the Head of Community Operations for Uber. Ms. Ramaswamy brings more than 20 years of experience in software development, project management, business development, operations leadership, and entrepreneurship. She will begin in her role on April 22.

City of San Rafael, CA

Heather Davis

The City of San Rafael has selected Heather Davis to assume the role of Risk Manager. Ms. Davis comes to the City previously serving as the Risk Management Specialist for Port of Stockton. Ms. Davis has administered regulatory and safety programs, coordinated and conducted OSHA safety audits, processed workers’ compensation and liability claims, and conducted safety training, inspections, and investigations. She will begin in her role on April 16.

Jesica Antonucci

The County of Jefferson, CO has selected Jesica Antonucci to assume the role of Community Assistance Director. Ms. Antonucci comes to the County previously serving as the Assistance Payments Deputy Division Director for Weld County, Department of Human Services. Ms. Antonucci has overseen and established positive outcomes in the administration of programs and served as the primary county representative under the CBMS governance structure to improve outcomes in program delivery for all Coloradoans and brings over 17 years of management experience. She will begin in her role on April 15.
