Marcy Bock Eastley

Marcy has held diverse roles across various educational institutions and consulting firms. As the College in the Schools Faculty Coordinator at the University of Minnesota, she selects, prepares, and supports high school instructors for the Writing Studio course. Her responsibilities include developing professional development days for instructors and organizing student campus field day visits. She ensures alignment between content, pedagogy, and assessment with on-campus course practices. As a Senior Consultant at CPS HR Consulting, Marcy designs and facilitates remote working and management seminars for state and government employees. Additionally, she provides editorial feedback for English texts, ensuring clarity and appropriateness for California state clients. Marcy’s expertise extends to enhancing the student experience as a Student Experience Consultant at DeVry University. She conducts research, develops strategic frameworks, and leads ideation and focus group sessions. Her initiatives contribute to improved student outcomes, informed by data analysis and technology selection. Finally, as the Senior Director of Academic Technology Solutions at Adtalem Global Education, she manages and advances teaching, learning, and assessment technology solutions across multiple institutions. Her collaborative efforts drive adoption of instructional technologies, enhancing teaching and learning experiences for students.
