Applicants must have a minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible for human resources professional experience. Human Resources experience in the public sector or non-profit is highly desirable. Professional certifications like IPMA-CP, IPMA-CS, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CCP, WRIPAC, and NEOGOV are preferred.
