CPS HR offers competitive hourly pay depending on experience. Pay level is determined based on level of experience.

Applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible for human resources professional experience. Human Resources experience in the public sector or non-profit is highly desirable. Professional certifications, such as IPMA-CP, IPMA-CS, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CCP, WRIPAC, NEOGOV are preferred.
