Ms. Lee is a human resources professional with over 16 years of experience in the public sector, including State of Nevada and State of California agencies. She has a wide range of HR expertise in a variety of responsibilities, including, but not limited to full-cycle recruiting, test administration, classification and compensation, employee and labor relations, and performance management. Specifically, Ms. Lee worked directly on executive teams with a Fire Department, IT Department and Design, Facilities and Safety Services Department. Laura is a creative problem solver and provides professional and results-oriented support to organizations. She maintains an active professional certification of PHR (Professional Human Resources Professional), holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
