CPS HR Consulting is seeking two Executive Recruiters to join our Team. CPS HR’s Executive Search Team specializes in the recruitment and selection of key professionals for cities, counties, special districts, and non-profits. Working in partnership with a governing body or selection team, we develop customized search strategies that focus on locating and recruiting qualified candidates who match the agency’s unique needs. With a proven track record of more than 1,700 recruitments for 600+ clients, we understand and appreciate the intricacies of managing the executive recruitment for an organization and bring that expertise and knowledge to the recruitment process. As a public agency ourselves, we understand how to work with and within government. Our understanding of public sector culture and policy uniquely sets us apart from our competitors. We are looking to hire at least two Executive Recruiters that are regular, full-time employees. One can be based in any area of California near a major airport and the other can be based anywhere in the United States near a major airport. Work involves recruitment activities for public sector executive, department head, and management level positions; and requires the application of theoretical and practical knowledge; along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Currently, travel is minimal due to COVID restrictions but, typically, travel is frequent (up to 40% of the time) and required as part of the assigned responsibilities.
