The ideal candidate will be an experienced and proven human resources professional who is a principled and inclusive leader with strong a public service ethic. The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of all functional areas of human resources as well as their intersectionality with diversity, equity, and inclusion. The successful candidate will be able to build strong working relationships with peers across departments and divisions and will possess superior personnel management ability amongst members of their own department.
