Foothill Municipal Water District is seeking an Assistant Administrative Manager. Under the direction of the General Manager and Administrative Manager/Treasurer, the Assistant Administrative Manager performs a wide variety of administrative and managerial-related functions, including, but not limited to those related to finance, accounting, facilities management and administrative support to the Board of Directors and General Manager. Depending on performance, and at the sole discretion of the District, the person in this position may be considered for a promotion to the Administrative Manager/Treasurer position when available. The ideal candidate for the Assistant Administrative Manager should have the ability to adapt to changing priorities within the areas of finance, human resources, and general administration. A mark of success would be positively engaging with external personnel such as auditors, neighboring local government, and special district agency staff, and the public in this customer service-oriented role. CPA, CPFO, and/or SHRM professional designations are very desirable.
