Adams County, CO is seeking a Manager of Planning, Design, and Construction. The Manager of Planning, Design, and Construction manages, implements, ensures, and oversees all phases of new construction and renovation and capital improvement projects for County facilities, from initiation through planning, design, and construction. The position is involved in project planning and design implementation with sustainability and energy savings as key functions.
In addition, the Manager prepares cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for potential projects as well as approved CIP projects. The position will maintain and ensure effective project communications among all team members and will provide schedule updates to both the Senior Leadership Team and the Executive Leadership Team. The Manager is responsible for a minimum budget of $26 million and provides direct oversight and guidance of the unit including supervisory responsibility for 7 project managers.
