City of Littleton is seeking a Human Resources Director. The Human Resources Director has responsibility for implementing council goals as well as ongoing work related to implementing culture and engagement activities related to recently established citywide values. The Human Resources Director is responsible for negotiating the annual Littleton Police Officer’s Association contract, leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and will have a key role in the upcoming implementation process for a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate is a forward thinking and strategic change agent who values and recognizes the importance of relationships and collaboration at all levels. The successful candidate can envision the future of city and HR initiatives and is excited to help lead the City of Littleton through this transformation.
