Seattle City Light is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager. The Talent Acquisition Manager provides leadership, support, and vision to the Talent Acquisition Team and leads the recruitment and hiring initiatives for the utility. This position creates strong partnerships with senior business leaders to develop and implement hiring strategies to attract and retain a highly skilled workforce. The successful candidate will be able to readily establish effective professional relationships that build collaborative partnerships with multiple stakeholders. The need to build the future workforce for City Light places this individual in a key leadership role for the entire organization.
