The San Diego Association of Governments is seeking a Manager of Human Resources. The Manager of Human Resources will strategically plan, manage, and oversee key program areas, including classification and compensation, performance management, employee relations, employment policies, and HR systems in a department of 13 for approximately 400 employees. This role requires creative ability, resourcefulness, and discriminating judgment in the analysis and solution of complex problems, as well as the ability to make technical decisions on specialized matters.
