Are you a municipal law attorney with expertise in CEQA, land use, and housing matters? The City of Carlsbad has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant City Attorney to join our dynamic legal team! This role is a key advisor to the Housing Department and the Community Development Department, including the Building, Planning, and Land Development Engineering divisions. Additionally, the Assistant City Attorney will serve as the legal advisor to the Planning Commission, attending all meetings and providing strategic guidance on complex legal matters.
