You will have a Senior Level HR Consultant and access to experts on our team in highly specialized areas (e.g. workers compensation). This dedicated HR generalist is a resource to your agency for day-to-day performance management, classification and compensation, recruitment and selection, policies and procedures, employee and labor relations, benefits administration, compliance with workers’ compensation, leaves of absence management, unemployment issues, and to perform other duties and responsibilities as they arise. Pricing for this services is a blended hourly rate based on the length of time an HR Consultant is needed.
