Barbee Seymour is a seasoned Career Management Professional with over 30 years of experience as a Counselor, Trainer, and Facilitator. She specializes in delivering impactful resume and interview workshops for City, County, and State employees. Notable clients include the City of Sacramento and Contra Costa County. Currently a Project Consultant at CPS HR Consulting, Barbee has a strong background in career transition services, having previously served as Vice President/Director of Professional Services at Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) and as Career Center Manager for HP Career Center. She is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), FIRO-B, and the Strong Interest Inventory. Known for her engaging and insightful workshops, Barbee is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations excel in their career development.
