Craig Trombly
Craig is a dedicated coach and facilitator with extensive experience in strengths-based growth and development for public sector leaders and teams. His objective is to conduct individual coaching sessions and team workshops that enhance engagement and performance among managers and staff. With a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and as a registered Civil Engineer in California, Craig combines technical expertise with a passion for leadership development. Since September 2013, Craig has been leading training sessions and workshops at CPS HR, where he introduces public sector professionals to Gallup's strengths-based management practices. Additionally, through CJT Strengths Consulting, he provides tailored coaching to empower leaders and teams to maximize their talents. Craig is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and has a deep knowledge of key resources such as "First, Break All the Rules" and "Strengths Finder 2.0." His prior roles at the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) spanned nearly three decades, where he managed teams of up to 85 staff and directed complex projects, including water contracts and environmental compliance. Craig’s leadership experience encompasses team development, change management, and effective communication, making him a sought-after facilitator for organizations aiming to foster a high-performance culture.
