Ron Rowan is a seasoned organizational change leader, project manager, and learning and development specialist with over 20 years of experience across government and for-profit sectors. Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2006, Ron has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of projects in areas including utility operations, technology, and customer support. Notable achievements include leading the SAP R3 implementation for a major customer support organization and spearheading Six-Sigma programs at Hewlett Packard. An expert in organizational change and employee training, Ron has led culture change initiatives and training programs for over 400 employees at Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) and taught project management courses at UC Davis and CPS HR. Ron is recognized for expertise in strategic project management, continuous improvement, and leadership coaching, driving impactful results at both local and global levels
