Sylvette Wake
As an advocate of harnessing personal strengths to create an extraordinary life, Sylvette integrates the latest research in leadership theory, neuroscience and positive psychology to help people unlock their potential. She also conducts strategic planning sessions with intact teams, using an appreciative inquiry approach to help the team create agreements and shift culture.
With a master’s degree in Management and Leadership, Sylvette is also a Life and Executive Coach and a Clifton Strengths Coach. She teaches over thirty professional skills classes which are learning experiences designed to shift mindsets and behaviors.
Sylvette’s diverse background includes training emerging leaders in India, directing two non-profit start-ups and teaching sailing for the U.S. Army in West Berlin, Germany. What floats her boat the most? That ‘ah-ha’ moment when clients discover a world of endless possibilities for personal growth.
