Jack Blyskal

MA in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix

Jack’s work experience involved all most all areas of claims handling and management, with his last full-time position being as Chief Claims Officer for California State Association of Counties (CSAC) Excess Insurance Authority (EIA), the largest property and casualty Joint Powers Authority (JPA) in the country. CSAC EIA is a JPA providing risk pooling and insurance to public entities throughout California. Jack is designated as an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.
