Mary Kelly

Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California

Mary is currently the Executive Officer at the Education Audit Appeals Panel. At this location, she evaluates appeals of inancial and compliance audits filed by school districts and the county office of education. Previously, she was the Chief Deputy Inspector General at the Office of the Governor, where she managed activities such as budget, human resources, and contract management. She has also worked as a Manager for the Department of Finance and as an Auditor for the Board of Equalization. Mary has earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, is a California Certified Public Accountant, is a Certified Governmental Financial Manager, and is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
