MPS Masters in Professional Studies from Pennsylvania State University

William is a human resources professional with a graduate degree in human resources and employment relations from Pennsylvania State University. After 14 years of service in the education industry in various roles, he gravitated toward human resources after taking a course in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Mr. Pitts has a background in staffing and training with expertise in the talent management lifecycle, job analysis, exam development, HR Generalist duties, classification and compensation, diversity and inclusion, employment law, and HR Transformation.
