Janelle Callahan, co-founder of the Institute for Public Sector Employee Engagement and Principal Consultant, has two decades of experience conducting research for government and non-profit organizations. She has her M.A. in Human Services Psychology. As manager of the Institute, she provides direction for product development and client services delivery. She is also a project lead for the Institute.
