Amy has been with CPS HR since 2004 and spent three years working in the Test Rental department. After that, she spent seven years designing, developing, and administering selection processes for public agencies. Amy is experienced in job analysis, test development, pass point setting, rater training, facilitation of subject matter expert meetings, and writing technical reports.
