Ms. Anderson is an accomplished human resources professional with the ability to manage a large number of staff and complex projects and programs. She has the ability to transition quickly between strategy and tactical efforts where customer service is always the priority. She has managed recruitment, compensation, employee and labor relations and HRIS, and most recently served as the city of Littleton’s Budget Manager.  Ms. Anderson has a unique background. starting her career in Public Sector more than 25 years ago as a Police Officer. She has the ability to manage critical tasks with composure under extreme pressure, as well as an in-depth knowledge of public sector agencies, organizational structure and positions. Additionally, she has partnered with executive recruiters in City Management and other high-profile position searches.

Dennis Marstall
The City of Wichita has selected Dennis Marstall to assume the role of City Manager. Mr. Marstall comes to the City previously serving as the County Administrator for Lancaster County. Mr. Marstall brings 20 years of experience in city and county management, his comprehensive background in leading community initiatives and strategic partnerships has equipped him with the skills to work effectively with elected officials, lead city and county employees, and engage diverse community groups. He will begin in his role on December 31, 2025.
Planning Manager

David Brletic
City of Madera has selected David Brletic to assume the role of Planning Manager. Mr. Brletic comes to the City previously serving as the Community Development Director for City of Sanger. Mr. Brletic has 20 years of experience in development of all housing types, General Plan, and Zoning Code updates as well as working collaboratively with all stakeholders, to meet the challenges of progressive development while identifying and respecting the interests of established communities. He will begin in his role on December 1, 2025.

Dr. Michael Quach
Sonoma County Department of Health Services has selected Dr. Michael Quach to assume the role of Behavioral Health Medical Director. Dr. Quach comes to the Department previously serving as the Medical Director / Psychiatrist for Willow Glen Psychiatry For Men. Dr. Quach has 20+ years of experience and is committed to the Recovery Model and strength-based treatment approaches ensures patient-centered care is always at the forefront. Beyond direct clinical practice, he brings proven leadership and management capabilities honed through overseeing clinical programs and managing teams. He will begin in his role on September 2, 2025.
Senior Audit Manager

Araceli Munoz
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California has selected Araceli Munoz to assume the role of Senior Audit Manager. Ms. Munoz comes to the District previously serving as the Principal Accountant-Auditor for County of Los Angeles Department of Auditor-Controller. Ms. Munoz has 19 years' experience as professional auditor with a strong track record of leading complex audits, enhancing risk management practices, and driving continuous improvement. She will begin in her role on August 3, 2025.
Assistant Controller Financial Reporting Unit Manager

Elaine Dimson
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California has selected Elaine Dimson to assume the role of Assistant Controller Financial Reporting Unit Manager. Ms. Dimson comes to the Agency previously serving as the Senior Director for Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Ms. Dimson is a results-oriented Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, and external audit coordination. She will begin in her role on July 21, 2025.
