As the Senior Leader of Products and Services at CPS HR Consulting, Vicki Quintero Brashear is responsible for leading the Consulting Services Division as well as product development efforts. She has almost 20 years of human resources program experience which includes emphasis in the area of employment testing. Other areas of expertise with public agency clients include job analysis, standard setting, Subject Matter Expert panel facilitation, and test development and large-scale test administration.
