Cherylann has diverse experience in strategic human resources management, including training & development, organizational interventions, employee relations, talent acquisition & retention, HR processes, succession planning and performance management. She is based in Austin, Texas and brings over 30 years of human resources experience in the public and private sector, including close to 20 years for a quasi-governmental water/electric utility agency. She also serves not-for-profit agencies (e.g. large urban school district) in her volunteer roles, as well as in her private consulting practice – C2 HRSolutions LLC. She’s operated as a HR generalist/practitioner and trainer, and has managed the Organizational Development, Staffing and Training functions. She’s worked extensively with both field and office personnel. Cherylann maintains certification as PHR and SHRM-CP.
