The City of San Jose has selected Paul Innamorato to assume the role of Deputy Director of Power Resources. Mr. Innamorato comes to the city previously serving as the Acting Deputy Director of Power Resources for the City of San José. Mr. Innamorato has cultivated supplier relationships and innovated new long-term contract structures to address reliability and load volatility concerns and brings nearly twenty years of experience.

Courtney Ruby

San Diego Association of Governments has selected Courtney Ruby to assume the role of Independent Performance Auditor. Ms. Rudy comes to the Association previously serving as the City Auditor for the City of Oakland. Ms. Ruby has Garnered local, statewide, and national interest and received a prestigious national award, the ALGA Knighton award for the Non-Interference in Administrative Affairs Performance Audit and was recognized as one of the “Top 15 Most Influential Professionals” by the American Center for Government Auditing. She will begin in her role on November 14.

Alice Kim

The County of Riverside has selected Alice Kim to assume the role of Chief Deputy Registrar of Voters. Ms. Kim comes to the County previously serving as the Staff Development Coordinator for the San Diego Registrar of Voters. Ms. Kim has revised election-specific Poll Worker Training Manual, including ePollbook Manual, Poll Worker Checklists, Poll Worker Job Aids, and brings over 10 years of management experience. She will begin in her role on November 11.

Ms. Didier comes to the City previously serving as the Chief Operating and Financial Officer for the City and County of Denver (Department of Economic Development and Opportunity), Denver, CO. Ms. Didier has over 20 years of progressive responsibility within the financial industry. She will begin in her role on November 6.

City of Cincinnati has selected Frank McKinley to assume the role of Fire Chief. Mr. McKinley comes to the City previously serving as the Assistant Fire Chief for City of Dallas. Mr. McKinley's expertise spans diverse areas of crisis and emergency response, fire management, fire protection operations / safety, quality assurance & logistics, fire dispatch, and learning & development. He will begin in his role on October 9.

Ms. Golub comes to the City previously serving as the Investigator for University of California Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity. Ms. Golub has close to 8 years of experience conducting and supervising confidential investigations. She will begin in her role on October 3.

Sandra Llanes

The City of Golden has selected Sandra Llanes to assume the role of City Attorney. Ms. Llanes comes to the City of Golden having previously serving as the Co-Acting City Attorney for Boulder City Attorney’s Office. Ms. Llanes is a seasoned leader with over twenty years of experience in municipal law, five and a half years as Deputy City Attorney. She will begin in her role on October 3.

The City of Bakersfield has selected Kristina Budak to assume the role of Water Resources Director. Ms. Budak comes to the City previously serving as the Engineering and Groundwater Services Manager for the Kern County Water Agency. She started in her role on October 2, 2023.

Public Policy Analyst
Utah Transit Authority

Neiufi Longi

The Utah Transit Authority has selected Neiufi Longi to assume the role of Public Policy Analyst. Mr. Longi comes to the Transit Authority previously serving as the State of Utah Opioid Response (SOR) Program Administrator – Office of Substance Use and Mental Health. Mr. Longi has authored over 50 information briefs and presentations for federal partners, Utah's legislature, department executives, and the public. He will begin in his role on October 2.

Walter Gant

The City of Missouri City has selected Walter Gant to assume the role of Director of Neighborhood Services. Mr. Gant comes to the City previously serving as the City Administrator/Chief of Police for the City of Kemah, TX. Mr. Gant has extensive experience in leading a variety of departments including General Administration, Economic Development, Community Development, Finance, Visitor Information, Public Safety, and Public Works. He will begin in his role on October 1.
