The Northern Sierra Air Quality Management District (NSAQMD) is seeking an Air Pollution Control Officer/Executive Officer. The Air Pollution Control Officer/Executive Officer works closely and advises the Board of Directors concerning all matters related to air quality management within the District; develops goals and objectives; selects, trains, motivates and evaluates personnel; develops the budget; and coordinates District activities with those of other agencies and organizations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop policies and procedures; develop, control, and administer District budget and expenditures; analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of goals.
