Napa Sanitation District (NapaSan) is seeking Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager manages and coordinates the District’s human resources and personnel programs and ensures strategic alignment between human resources goals and policies and the overall District mission. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and selection, salary and benefits administration, labor relations, payroll administration, employee development, risk management, workplace culture, employee retention, succession planning, worker’s compensation, and other duties. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Public or Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in human resources is desired, with experience at a lead, supervisory, or managerial level preferred.
