HR Series Webinar - The critical path to DEI - Discuss / Create / Implement

While diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) have been discussed in the workplace for several years, many organizations still struggle to have meaningful and constructive conversations on the topic. CPS HR has assembled a panel of thought leaders to discuss DEI from a variety of perspectives, including what we have learned about what works and what doesn’t when discussing, creating and implementing DEI initiatives.

The conversation will be facilitated by our moderator and our experts will discuss:

How to have respectful conversations in the workplace that foster inclusive environments.

How organizations can craft inclusive initiatives that go beyond recruitment and training.

Strategies and approaches for creating and sustaining an organizational model that supports DEI.

Best practices for how to track progress on DEI initiatives.
