Jordan has 12 years of public sector experience as an instructor, consultant, and editor. He is the founder, trainer, and consultant of Peabody Communications, which provides courses to government employees. Prior to that he served as a primary technical editor for afterdeployment.org—a website assisting returning service members with post-traumatic stress disorder. As an editor, he worked with public sector agencies to transform the readability of their manuals, policies, procedures, letters, and meeting minutes.
