Nancy’s services focus on Agile-based project, program, portfolio, and strategic management, and the related organizational change adoption techniques. She provides on-site and remote Agile training and coaching directly for Client teams, management, and leadership in both the public and private sectors, as well as through training organizations.
Nancy is passionate about training and coaching the Agile mindset and Scrum/Kanban frameworks, and addresses the organizational changes needed to support successful adoption and implementation. Her practical experience has been developed through enterprise-wide business/IT projects and enhanced through coaching contracts, certifications, and credentials. She trains with an instructional style that includes hands-on activities; coaches to help teams self-assess for improvement; and partners with leadership to recommend organizational investment opportunities to advance the integration of Agile techniques.
With her PMP® certification and decades of experience managing large-scale IT projects, programs, and portfolios, Nancy is also highly qualified to supply training and coaching for clients transitioning from a traditional waterfall project management style to an Agile approach. She has the unique ability to help others “bridge” the transformation and mindset shift needed for successful Agile adoption.
