Ms. Moore has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources in both the private sector and public sector arenas, including Public Safety. Heather’s experience includes full cycle recruiting, leave of absence and benefits administration, workers’ compensation, and employee relations. Heather also has experience in program development and implementation, wellness, peer support, and performance management. Ms. Moore maintains active professional certifications of PHR (Professional in Human Resources Professional), and IPMA-CP (International Public Management Association-Certified Professional). She also holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Regis University.
