Rachael Danke has spent her entire career in the non-profit and public sectors. With over five years of experience in Human Resources, Rachael has assisted multiple agencies throughout the nation with their talent attraction and retention needs. Rachael has experience recruiting for roles such as Chief of Police, Director of Public Works, Director of Human Resources, Executive Director, and other executive roles for Counties, Cities, and Special Districts. She is currently finishing her Master's Degree in Human Resources at Pepperdine University and is excited to continue to attract new talent to the public sector using innovative techniques such as Virtual Career Fairs and talent engagement.

Cupid Alexander

The City of San Jose Housing Department has selected Cupid Alexander to assume the role of Deputy Director. Mr. Alexander comes to the City previously serving as the Senior Vice President - Houston Housing Authority Operations for Austin, Texas. Mr. Alexander has provided strategic engagement and management of sensitive high-level political, policy, and community engagement projects for the CEO and Housing Authority Board and brings over 20 years of management experience. He will begin in his role on March 31.

Joe Mosca

The Orange County Power Authority (OCPA) has selected Joe Mosca to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Mosca comes to the Authority previously serving as the Interim Chief Executive Officer for Orange County Power Authority (OCPA). Mr. Mosca has led executive teams to create clean energy futures that empower communities and gives customers a choice about their energy sources and brings over 16 years of management experience. He will begin in his role immediately.

Utilities Line Maintenance Superintendent
City of Oklahoma City, OK

Jesse Hilley

The City of Oklahoma City has selected Jesse Hilley to assume the role of Utilities Line Maintenance Superintendent. Mr. Hilley comes to the City previously serving as the Acting Superintendent for the City of Oklahoma City. Mr. Hilley brings over 10 years of experience in supervising water and wastewater repair and maintenance activities and related utility operations. He will begin in his role on August 11.

Director of Human Resources
Johnson County, KS

Johnson County has selected Kayla Holloway to assume the role of Director of Human Resources. Ms. Holloway comes to the County previously serving as the Human Resources Development Director for the Central Bank of the Midwest. Ms. Holloway has championed the creation and integration of a living culture and people experience framework through which Associate Resource Groups focused on key areas of impact including DEI, Emerging Professionals, Mentorship, and Engagement initiatives, and brings over 18 years of management experience. She will begin in her role on March 25.
