Sacramento Steps Forward is seeking a Continuum of Care Grants Manager (Grants Manager). The Continuum of Care Grants Manager oversees the grants department, including grant research, reporting, maintenance, and management. This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, manages incoming and outgoing federal, state, and private grants, monitors risk, and meets programmatic and financial requirements. The position also liaises with other departments, including procurement, serves as an expert on contract requirements, participates in community meetings and collaborations, and supervises the Grants Analyst staff. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and enthusiastic leader with experience managing day-today operations of grants programs related to housing, community development, and HUD grants. The Grants Manager thrives in a dynamic work environment, enjoys leading the department with a solutions-driven approach, and excels as a working manager. This individual will possess excellent attention to detail, be able to collect and research data, use data to inform decisions, synthesize complex information, and clearly communicate multi-directionally.
