Castle Rock Fire and Rescue is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Division Chief of Logistics to manage and advance our Logistics Division. Overseeing fleet, facilities, communications, and technology, you’ll lead a dedicated three-person team that ensures our firefighters and emergency personnel are always mission-ready and equipped to serve the community safely and effectively.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in fire and EMS logistics. They will bring deep knowledge of apparatus, technology systems, and facility management, and excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This leader will be a proactive problem-solver and innovator, skilled at managing complex systems and responding effectively in high-pressure, emergency situations. Experience in procurement processes, vendor negotiations, budget development, and policy creation will be highly valuable. An Emergency Vehicle Technician (EVT) management certification is preferred.
