May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Before the pandemic, the CDC projected that in any given year, 1 in 5 employed adults in the U.S. would experience a mental health issue. Since the beginning of the pandemic, that number has changed to 1 in 3. The pandemic, and its associated stressors, has lead to an previously unforeseen global mental health crisis. Working adults are experiencing increased levels of stress, anxiety and depression.
This month’s webinar will focus on how mental health issues affect our ability to function at home and in the workplace, the stress associated with working through a pandemic and the possible return to working in the office.
