For the last two decades Igor held professional and executive jobs in compensation and HR management in both government and private industries, developing and administering classification and compensation systems, policies, and practices. As Technical Specialist at CPS HR, Igor Shegolev works with a broad spectrum of organizations providing advanced and effective solutions in compensation management, total rewards, and employment analytics. Igor Shegolev holds Master’s degree in Education (1986) and Master’s degree in business science of HR Management (1996, Troy University, AL).
