Contra Costa County’s central Human Resources Department is looking for an exceptional leader to manage the Talent & Development Division. This division includes recruitment, retention, performance assessment, classification, and compensation. The Human Resources Manager serves as a senior leader in the department and regularly interacts at the highest levels of County leadership, including department directors, the County Administrator, and the Board of Supervisors.
The Human Resources Manager reports to the Director of Human Resources. In your capacity as HR Manager, you will continue to drive transformational change in public sector human resources practices. Your primary team will consist of 25 full-time employees.
