Dr. Love is a transformational leader with a doctorate in organizational development. Dr. Love has worked in a variety of leadership roles in the nonprofit sector and California Community College District and has over 15 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, coaching, mentorship, and DEIB. She currently serves as lead project consultant, trainer facilitator, and curriculum writer for CPS HR.
Additionally, Dr. Love serves as Executive Director of an educational nonprofit organization, where for 5 years she and her team have provided enrichment, learning, and leadership opportunities outside of the traditional classroom to diverse student populations in socioeconomically disadvantaged neighborhoods.
Dr. Love also hosts a weekly mentorship group for women in her community and loves to spend downtime with her husband and three children.
