In her role as an Executive Recruiter, Kylie works directly with public sector agencies at all levels of government in the State of Texas. With 25 years of professional and management experience working in and for Texas public sector agencies including the City of Georgetown, City of Missouri City, City of Baytown and the City of League City, her experience spans varying roles including coaching, leadership training and recruiting. Kylie holds a Master's of Business Administration (MBA), a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.

Monique Didier

The City of Missouri City, TX has selected Monique Didier to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Didier comes to the City previously serving as the Chief Operating and Financial Officer for the City and County of Denver (Department of Economic Development and Opportunity), Denver, CO. Ms. Didier has over 20 years of progressive responsibility within the financial industry. She will begin in her role on November 6.

Chad Donegan

The City of New Braunfels has selected Chad Donegan to assume the role of Deputy Clerk-Recorder. Mr. Donegan comes to the city previously serving as the Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation. Mr. Donegan graduated from the PGA Golf Professional Training Program, has managed multiple divisions with the New Braunfels Parks System, and has over 28 years of experience. He will begin in his role on September 25.

Walter Gant

The City of Missouri City has selected Walter Gant to assume the role of Director of Neighborhood Services. Mr. Gant comes to the City previously serving as the City Administrator/Chief of Police for the City of Kemah, TX. Mr. Gant has extensive experience in leading a variety of departments including General Administration, Economic Development, Community Development, Finance, Visitor Information, Public Safety, and Public Works. He will begin in his role on October 1.
