Process Improvement

Organizational Strategy
Developing an organizational strategy involves comparing your current state to its targeted state, and then understanding what is required for the desired changes to take place. Because each organization has unique challenges, we tailor our services to meet your program’s specific needs.

Business Process Improvement (BPI) is a practice used to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a business process by documenting, analyzing, and redesigning a process. Business processes are the foundation in which organizations run and they define how certain tasks are done. Implementing process improvement encourages smoother operations, more efficient workflows, happier employees and customers and promotes compliance. Typically process improvement projects involve documenting the current state process in question, gathering data to measure current process performance, conducting interviews and/or focus groups with key process participants to develop a list of opportunities for improvement. We then develop recommendations to address those opportunities and construct an implementation plan of those prioritized recommendations.
